The muck in Geralt’s throat slowly begins to clear out, leaving a bitter aftertaste and an odd weight in his chest, making each inhale feel just short of enough air. Geralt battles a monster called a striga (basically a Polish vampire) in a recounting of the story of the first Witcher novel. But that does not prove if he was forced with magic or not, they were on a temporary break at the time, and he had one night stands in similar circumstances with other characters, definitely without magic. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt provides Geralt of Rivia with several opportunities for romance.
